Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a binding agreement between you and Personalized Output, which operates Redi Always ("Redi Always", "we", "us"). By creating an account, calling or texting Redi Always, or otherwise using our services (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. What Redi Always Is

Redi Always is a call-first, artificial-intelligence assistant you reach by phone and text. It can hold conversations, set reminders, look things up, help draft and organize things, and — when you connect them — help with your email and calendar. Redi Always is software powered by AI models; it is not a human, and it is not a licensed professional of any kind.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Service. You are responsible for everything that happens under your account and for keeping your credentials secure.

3. Not Professional Advice

Redi Always may discuss health, legal, financial, psychological, and other specialized topics and share information, ideas, drafts, and general guidance. All of it is for general informational purposes only. It is not, and must not be relied upon as, professional medical, legal, financial, tax, mental-health, or other professional advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Redi Always is not a doctor, nurse, lawyer, accountant, financial advisor, or therapist, and no professional relationship (including doctor-patient or attorney-client) is created by your use of the Service.

AI can be inaccurate, incomplete, or out of date, and may "hallucinate" facts. You are solely responsible for your own decisions and actions. Before acting on anything Redi Always tells you — especially anything affecting your health, finances, legal rights, or safety — independently verify it and consult a qualified licensed professional. You knowingly and voluntarily assume all risk arising from your use of Redi Always and any reliance on its output.

5. Consent to AI Calls, Texts & Recording

By providing your phone number and using the Service, you consent to receive calls and text messages from Redi Always at that number, including AI-generated and automated communications and proactive outreach (for example, reminders and check-ins you ask for). Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out of non-essential messages by contacting us or replying STOP to texts.

You understand and agree that your interactions with Redi Always — including the audio of calls and the content of messages — may be processed, transcribed, and stored to provide and improve the Service. Where you use Redi Always to communicate with third parties, you are responsible for obtaining any consents required by law in your jurisdiction.

6. Connected Accounts (Email, Calendar & Integrations)

If you choose to connect third-party accounts (such as Google or Microsoft email and calendar), you authorize Redi Always and its integration providers to access, read, send, and manage content within the scopes you grant, in order to perform tasks you request. You may disconnect at any time via your account settings or the third party's security settings. Your use of those third-party services remains subject to their terms.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to: (a) break the law or facilitate illegal activity; (b) harm, harass, threaten, defraud, or impersonate others; (c) generate or seek instructions for weapons, violence, or serious harm; (d) attempt to access accounts or data that are not yours; (e) reverse engineer, scrape, overload, or disrupt the Service; or (f) use Redi Always's output to provide regulated professional services to others without proper licensure. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

8. Billing

Paid features are billed as described at sign-up or checkout (for example, usage- or subscription-based pricing) through our payment processor. You authorize us to charge your payment method for applicable fees. Except where required by law, fees are non-refundable. We may change pricing prospectively with notice.

9. Your Content & Our Content

You retain ownership of the information you provide ("Your Content"). You grant us a license to use Your Content to operate, provide, secure, and improve the Service. The Service itself, including Redi Always's software, branding, and design, is owned by Personalized Output and protected by intellectual-property laws; we grant you a limited, revocable, non-transferable license to use it for personal, non-commercial purposes.

10. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, non-infringement, and any warranty arising from course of dealing or usage of trade. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or that any output will be accurate or reliable. You use the Service at your own risk.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Personalized Output and its owners, employees, and suppliers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising out of or relating to the Service or these Terms, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability for all claims relating to the Service will not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months before the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) one hundred U.S. dollars ($100).

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of the above may not apply to you; in that case our liability is limited to the greatest extent permitted by law.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Personalized Output and its owners, employees, and suppliers from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Service, your reliance on its output, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or the rights of any third party.

13. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or to protect the Service or others. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including Sections 3, 4, 10, 11, 12, and 15) will survive.

14. Changes to the Service or Terms

We may modify the Service or these Terms. If we make material changes, we will take reasonable steps to notify you (for example, by posting an updated version with a new date). Your continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

15. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of [[ your U.S. state ]], without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service will be resolved by binding individual arbitration, and not in court, except that either party may bring an individual claim in small-claims court. You and Personalized Output waive any right to a jury trial and to participate in a class, collective, or representative action. You may opt out of arbitration within 30 days of first accepting these Terms by emailing hello@redialways.com with your name and a statement that you opt out.

16. Miscellaneous

If any provision is found unenforceable, the rest remain in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. These Terms are the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Service.
