Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how Personalized Output ("we", "us"), operator of Redi Always, collects, uses, and shares your information when you use the Service. By using Redi Always, you agree to this Policy.
1. Information We Collect
- Account information — your name, email, mobile number, password (stored only as a secure hash), and preferences.
- Conversation content — the audio of your calls, transcripts, and the text of your messages with Redi Always, so it can respond and help.
- Personal details you share — the things you tell Redi Always (people, dates, interests, goals, health/habit logs you choose to track), which we store as a memory profile to personalize your experience.
- Connected-account content — if you connect email/calendar, the messages, events, and contacts needed to perform tasks you request.
- Usage & device data — logs, timestamps, caller ID, and basic technical data used to run and secure the Service.
2. How We Use Your Information
- To provide the Service — understand your requests, respond, take actions you ask for, and remember what matters to you.
- To personalize your experience and proactively surface things you'd value (which you can turn off in settings).
- To operate, secure, debug, and improve the Service.
- To process payments and communicate with you about your account.
- To comply with law and enforce our Terms.
We do not sell your personal information.
3. How Your Information Is Shared (Service Providers)
We share information only as needed to run the Service, with vendors who process it on our behalf under contract, including:
- Telephony: Twilio (calls & texts).
- Speech: Deepgram (speech-to-text), ElevenLabs (text-to-speech).
- AI models: Anthropic, Google (Gemini), and similar providers that generate Redi Always's responses.
- Email/calendar: Aurinko and your provider (Google/Microsoft) when you connect them. Aurinko securely holds the access token used to reach your mailbox on your behalf.
- Infrastructure: Supabase (database), Render (hosting).
- Search: Brave (web results when a request needs current information).
- Payments: our payment processor (e.g., Stripe).
These providers may process your content to deliver their function. Whoever holds a connected-account access token can technically access content within the granted scopes; Redi Always accesses your messages only to perform tasks you ask for. We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect rights and safety.
4. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, including encryption in transit and application-level encryption of sensitive tokens at rest. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
5. Data Retention & Your Choices
We keep your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service and meet legal obligations. You can view and update key information, and disconnect integrations, at redialways.com/account. To delete your account and associated personal data, use your settings or email hello@redialways.com. Some records may be retained where required by law.
6. Your Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or port your personal information, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise these, contact hello@redialways.com. We will respond consistent with applicable law.
7. Children
Redi Always is for adults (18+). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has used the Service, contact us and we will delete the information.
8. Health-Related Information
If you choose to share health-related details (for example, medications or symptoms you ask Redi Always to track), you do so voluntarily to receive that feature. Redi Always is not a healthcare provider and this information is not treated as protected health information under HIPAA. It is stored and used as described in this Policy.
9. Changes
We may update this Policy; we will post the updated version with a new date and, for material changes, take reasonable steps to notify you.
