This Privacy Policy explains how Personalized Output ("we", "us"), operator of Redi Always, collects, uses, and shares your information when you use the Service. By using Redi Always, you agree to this Policy.

Whoever holds a connected-account access token can technically access content within the granted scopes; Redi Always accesses your messages only to perform tasks you ask for. We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect rights and safety.

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, including encryption in transit and application-level encryption of sensitive tokens at rest. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We keep your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service and meet legal obligations. You can view and update key information, and disconnect integrations, at redialways.com/account. To delete your account and associated personal data, use your settings or email hello@redialways.com. Some records may be retained where required by law.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or port your personal information, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise these, contact hello@redialways.com. We will respond consistent with applicable law.

Redi Always is for adults (18+). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has used the Service, contact us and we will delete the information.

8. Health-Related Information

If you choose to share health-related details (for example, medications or symptoms you ask Redi Always to track), you do so voluntarily to receive that feature. Redi Always is not a healthcare provider and this information is not treated as protected health information under HIPAA. It is stored and used as described in this Policy.

We may update this Policy; we will post the updated version with a new date and, for material changes, take reasonable steps to notify you.
