Help & Support

Something not working, or not sure how to do something? Start at the top of this page and work down — most questions are answered before you get to the bottom, and every route here reaches the same place.

1. Ask Redi Always directly

This is the fastest way, and it works at any hour. Redi Always answers support questions himself, immediately — he is not a queue and he is not a ticket form.

He knows what he is allowed to tell you and he does not guess. Anything he cannot answer properly — and everything about your money, your privacy, your safety, or accessibility — goes to a person on our team the moment it arrives.

2. The things people ask most

I can't sign in. Go to your account page and use "Forgot password?" — a six-digit code is emailed to you. If the email does not arrive, check your spam folder first; it is almost always there.

I forgot my PIN. Reset it from your account page. If you are on a call or texting, say or send FORGOT and Redi Always will email you a code. He will never text that code to the number you are texting from — if that number were not really yours, texting the code to it would hand over your account.

Redi Always is calling me at the wrong times. Tell him. "Don't call me before nine", "stop the morning check-ins", "leave me alone this week" — all of these work, on a call or by text.

I want him to forget something. Say "forget that" and he will. Say "go off the record" and he will not remember the conversation at all. You can delete everything from your account page.

I want my data, or I want my account gone. Both are on your account page — export gives you everything we hold, and delete removes it. Neither needs to go through us.

Something about the website is hard for me to use. Please tell us — that is our problem, not yours. The accessibility page says what we have built, what we have not tested yet, and how to reach us. We aim to reply within two business days and we will provide anything on this site in another format, free.

Someone else is helping me set this up. That is normal and welcome. A family member, friend or carer can contact us on your behalf — they just need to say who they are helping.

3. Still stuck? Write to a person

If none of the above has sorted it, email support@redialways.com and say what happened and what you expected instead. It reaches the same inbox as everything else on this page — the difference is only that you have already tried the quicker routes.

If you have written before and were not happy with the answer, put escalate in the subject line. That goes straight to the person responsible for Redi Always, not into a queue.

4. If it is an emergency

Redi Always is not an emergency service and cannot send help. If you are in danger or need urgent medical attention, call 911. If you are in crisis or thinking about harming yourself, call or text 988, the Suicide & Crisis Lifeline. Please do not wait for us.
