Redi Always is an AI assistant you reach by picking up the phone. No app, no download, no account to keep signed in on a device — you call, and he answers.
Nearly every useful AI tool built in the last few years assumes the same thing about you: that you will download an app, sign in, learn an interface, and keep up as it changes. Plenty of people will. Plenty of others — including many of the people who would get the most out of an assistant — will not, and it is not for want of interest.
A phone call asks nothing new of anyone. It is the one interface that has not changed in fifty years, that works on the handset already in the room, and that does not need explaining. So that is the whole product: Redi Always has a number, and you ring it. If you would rather text or email, you can do that too — the same assistant, the same memory, the same answers.
You are in control of what he knows. You can tell him to forget something and he forgets it. You can put a conversation off the record before it starts. You can export everything we hold or delete all of it, from your account page, without going through us. The privacy policy sets out exactly what is kept and for how long.
You pay for what you use. Pay as you go, no subscription you forget you are paying for.
If the site is hard to use, that is our fault. Our accessibility statement says plainly what we have built, what we have not yet tested, and how to tell us we have got it wrong. We will provide anything here in another format, free.
Redi Always is not an emergency service and cannot send help. In an emergency call 911; in a crisis call or text 988.

Questions about how Redi Always works are answered fastest by asking him — the help page shows every way to reach him. For anything else, write to hello@redialways.com and a person will read it.
